Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks a Field Superintendent to coordinate loading dock and commercial door installation and new construction projects. You will lead on-site teams, plan tasks, and ensure site safety. The role requires industry experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across job sites.

A fast-paced environment and travel to sites may be involved. The selected candidate will navigate project schedules, coordinate with Sales and Service, and uphold high standards

Qualifications

• Experience in dock & door industry is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and new construction of loading docks and equipment.
• Plan, organize and direct project activities.
• Attend project meetings and conduct site walks.
• Manage vendors and general contractors for quality of work.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are followed.
