Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks a Field Manager, Construction Services, to coordinate dock and door equipment installations. You will work across project planning, site surveys, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely, safe completion.

Role requires construction site experience, blueprint reading, and strong communication. Flexibility for after-hours work is expected, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Dock & Door Industry, 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record.
• DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and new construction of material handling equipment projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.
• Plan, organize, and direct field activities.
• Manage vendors and General Contractors for quality of work.
• Attend project meetings and conduct site walks.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA guidelines are followed.
