Solution One Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician for the West Texas and New Mexico sectors, based in El Paso, TX. The role supports CBP operations with maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plant equipment, including service from a contract vehicle.

The candidate should have a strong maintenance background, experience with ISO/AS9100 standards, and the ability to work in a team. This is a full-time exempt position with travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed vocational/trade program in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Five years’ maintenance experience on contracts of similar size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across sector(s).
• Decrease equipment downtime through troubleshooting and repair.
• Create and maintain equipment traceability and provide redundancy coverage.
