Job summary

Neumo in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair license plate printers, blanking lines, and related production machinery across multiple state facilities. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and network issues to minimize downtime and may travel to customer sites on short notice, including correctional facilities.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency required; college education preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical/electromechanical experience required.
• Experience with industrial printing equipment or production machinery preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, or wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain license plate printers, blanking lines, and related production machinery across multiple state facilities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues encountered by customers.
• Serve as second-level escalation for Customer Care with direct customer-facing support.
• Minimize downtime through preventive maintenance.
• Create and maintain maintenance documentation; work with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to customer sites as needed; work with central fulfillment and other teams.
