Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Greensboro facility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy industrial printing and packaging machinery, keeping production downtime to a minimum.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience and strong mechanical and electrical skills, including PLCs and pneumatic systems, with 12-hour rotating shifts. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Solid understanding of mechanics, electronics, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and parts replacements.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust printing and packaging machines to meet quality and safety standards.
• Log maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
• Follow safety rules in a fast-paced industrial environment.
