Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a hands-on, field-focused role. You’ll diagnose and repair equipment on-site, working with motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls to keep sites running smoothly.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot under pressure, and support site teams. The role requires constant movement and field-based problem solving with real-time impact on operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge including motor controls is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.
• Able to troubleshoot under pressure without overthinking it.
• Takes ownership and acts without waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running.
• Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs.
