Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our car wash sites running. This field-focused, hands-on role is about diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing downtime on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.

You'll be on site most days, moving between locations and solving problems with measurable impact. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with site teams, and own the fixes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble and reassemble.
• Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage, motor controls a plus).
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs with primary focus on field equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and restore operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with site teams and communicate next steps.
