Job summary

MOJO is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Field-Focused, Hands-On) to keep the car wash equipment running. You’ll diagnose, repair, and prevent outages on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls, often in active sites.

This role is fast-paced and field-based, outdoors and indoors, requiring problem-solving, ownership, and clear communication with site teams. You’ll see immediate results as you fix issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to take things apart and reassemble.
• Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage, motor controls a plus).
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and own the problem-solving process.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance & repairs on site equipment with primary focus on uptime.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time across motors and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and implement field fixes quickly.
• Collaborate with site teams and communicate next steps clearly.
