Job summary

MOJO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep car wash equipment running in a fast-paced, field-focused role in Knoxville. This hands-on position emphasizes fixing what breaks, preventing downtime, and delivering immediate, real-world results.

You’ll diagnose and repair motors, pumps, hydraulics and controls, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot under pressure, and collaborate with site teams to keep operations moving smoothly in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble components.
• Basic electrical knowledge including motor controls (low/high voltage) is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running.
• Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs.
• Troubleshoot under pressure and make field-based decisions to keep operations moving.
