Job summary

MOJO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep car wash sites running with hands-on maintenance and quick problem solving. You will fix what breaks, perform routine service, and prevent downtime across indoor and outdoor equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Fairhope, AL, the role emphasizes practical, field-based work, with opportunities to grow as you tackle motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems in real time.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to take apart and reassemble equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage) is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with site teams to keep operations running.
