Job summary

MOJO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our car wash sites running. This is a field-focused, hands-on role where you’ll diagnose and repair equipment in real time, working on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and controls.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot under pressure, and support site teams to minimize downtime. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to take things apart and reassemble.
• Basic electrical knowledge including motor controls is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with hydraulics or pneumatics is preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time at car wash sites.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on motors, pumps, hydraulics and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with site teams to keep operations running smoothly.
