Invitation Homes is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of single-family rental homes. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, component replacement, and timely service requests. You’ll document work, follow EPA guidelines, and coordinate with local operations teams to keep homes performing reliably.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician role requiring diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to follow EPA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Experience documenting work orders in maintenance systems and coordinating with local teams.
