Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of related work experience on a crew in construction or maintenance of streets, roadways, water systems, parks, or landscapes.
• Ability to obtain CPSI and Commercial Applicator's License within one year; valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Leads a unit by assigning tasks; schedules equipment and services; oversees maintenance and repairs; inspects tasks; assists with bids and contracts; interviews and evaluates staff performance; ensures safety practices are followed; resolves problems.
• Develops and updates maintenance procedures by evaluating processes; coordinates events; ensures quality controls; schedules training; conducts safety inspections.
• Schedules and assigns activities by prioritizing work; reviews and files work orders; refers jobs for contract work.
• Maintains records by entering work information; logs maintenance activities; tracks job costs.
• Performs other assigned duties.
