Job summary

Desoto Group Inc is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee city-wide maintenance operations and related admin tasks. You will schedule staff, set cleaning standards, manage preventive programs, and coordinate contracts and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license; Master Electrician or HVAC license is preferred. Salary ranges are specified by the city and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Facility Management and Maintenance, Construction, or related field.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Master Electrician or HVAC License preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance and custodial staff nationwide by assigning tasks and training.
• Coordinate and manage repair projects and inspections; review maintenance requests.
• Oversee bidding, contracts, and vendor management for projects.
• Develop and administer budgets; approve expenditures and warranties.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Facility Management and Maintenance, Construction, or related field
