Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and safeguard the reliability of our growing mobile mining fleet. This hands-on role blends technical leadership, field troubleshooting, and planning to keep equipment productive.

You will mentor staff, conduct safety reviews, troubleshoot heavy equipment, and coordinate with planners and vendors to minimize downtime while expanding our operational footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mining maintenance experience and hands-on leadership.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience with heavy mobile mining equipment and field diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with safety first.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of heavy mobile mining equipment.
• Coordinate with planners, operations, and vendors to schedule repairs and downtime.
• Train technicians, provide technical leadership in the field, and be on-call as needed.
