Qualifications

Experience in fixed plant or process maintenance, preferably in mining/industrial settings.
Strong communication with operations and support teams.
Ownership of technician-level tools and ongoing maintenance discipline.
Experience installing and repairing pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
Experience with compressor teardown and rebuild.
Understanding of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting basics.
Ability to perform lubrication services and preventive maintenance.
Comfort reading maintenance and parts manuals.

Responsibilities

Diagnostics, maintenance, installation, and repair of fixed plant equipment and systems (pumps, compressors, boilers, fans, valves).
Conduct preventive maintenance: filters, seals, oil checks, lubrication, adjustments.
Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
Operate mobile equipment (forklifts, cranes, boom trucks) safely.
Maintain compliance with MSHA and company standards.
Maintain other mine facilities and infrastructure as needed.
Document maintenance logs and service records accurately.
