Job summary

ADT is seeking a Field Technician to install and service low-voltage systems in customer homes and businesses. You will ensure systems are installed, tested, and configured for reliable operation while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work hands-on, troubleshoot issues, educate customers, and maintain safety. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work evenings/weekends are required.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
