• 3-5 years' experience providing commercial insurance loss control inspections.
• Understanding of commercial property and casualty lines: property, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable completing reports online and uploading documents.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews inspection requirements.
• Schedules inspection appointments with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects the property for potential issues or hazards to utilities, building systems, and life safety; takes photos.
• Interviews the insured for operations information and ages of building systems.
• Communicates inspection status through online application.
• Completes inspection report on Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and returns it electronically.
