Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking qualified inspectors to perform commercial line inspections on a per-case basis across the United States, with emphasis on Ohio-based postings. The role involves reviewing assignments, scheduling inspections, performing property inspections for utilities, building systems, and life safety, and producing detailed reports with photos.

Qualifications

• Experience completing commercial line inspections.
• History of direct experience with commercial property inspections is preferred.
• Ability to review assignments and schedule inspections effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review for inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection appointments with insured via phone, email, or text.
• Inspect property for hazards related to utilities/building systems and take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insured for operations information and building systems age.
• Complete inspection report using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch, and return electronically.
