Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking inspector applicants qualified to work in the USA with direct experience in commercial line inspections or having completed the VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector course. You will schedule inspections, perform on-site reviews, photograph properties, interview insureds, and finalize reports online using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.

Qualifications

• Qualified to work in the USA with direct experience completing commercial line inspections or have completed a training course such as VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector or equivalent.
• Schedules inspection appointments with Insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects property for issues or hazards across utilities/building systems, common areas, maintenance, protections and life safety; take 20–35 exterior/interior photos.
• Interviews the Insured for operations info, building systems ages, etc.
• Reports inspection status through online application, and completes the report on Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews requirements.
• Schedules inspection appointments with the Insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects property for issues or hazards (heating, wiring, plumbing), common areas, maintenance, protections, life safety; takes 20–35 photos; takes measurements as needed.
• Interviews the Insured for operations info and ages of building systems.
• Communicates inspection status through online application.
• Completes inspection report in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and submits electronically.
