Job summary

C.R. Jackson, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Field Support Rep to oversee material hauling operations across the Coastal division in Darlington, SC. You’ll coordinate field activities for subcontracted and internal haulers, ensuring materials move safely, on schedule, and in compliance with FMCSA regulations.

You'll communicate with foremen, dispatch, and drivers, maintain tracking tools, and support a safety-first culture while helping keep projects running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience dispatching or coordinating commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with foremen, subcontractors, drivers, and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a high-production, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material hauling operations at job sites and asphalt plants
• Ensure hauling assets are operating safely and according to schedule
• Communicate field-related issues with job site supervisors and dispatch
• Maintain regular communication with drivers to promote safe transport
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCSA regulations
• Use technology and tracking tools to support logistics and recordkeeping
• Maintain a safety-first mindset while delivering high-quality support
• Communicate respectfully and work together to keep operations running safely and efficiently
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
