Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced contractor environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for landscaping crews and field supervisors.
• Dispatch crews, trucks, trailers, and equipment to job sites.
• Monitor route efficiency and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate emergency or weather-related schedule changes.
• Support multi-site project logistics across Florida service areas.
• Track company vehicles, trailers, and equipment utilization.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with vendors.
• Maintain fleet records, registrations, and service logs.
• Coordinate deliveries of mulch, plants, irrigation supplies, sod, and hardscape materials.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery timing and inventory availability.
• Monitor material shortages and assist with procurement requests.
• Verify delivery tickets and job site inventory accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between operations managers, field crews, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records.
• Update work orders, job status, and service notes in company systems.
• Assist with permit tracking and project documentation as needed.
• Support DOT and fleet compliance documentation.
• Assist with maintaining driver files and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure crew receive updated jobsite and safety information.
