Job summary

Fairlead Integrated, LLC. is seeking a dedicated logistics driver to manage scheduling, material availability, and transport across multiple facilities. You will work closely with supervisors, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting using ERP/MRP systems.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and at least two years of driving or logistics experience. You will operate CMVs and support DOT safety policies in a dynamic shipyard environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of three years directly related logistics experience.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and unrestricted Class A CDL.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass and hold various background checks and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall scheduling, availability, and transportation of production material.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with departmental and DOT safety policies.
• Coordinate with supervision, staff, vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure on‑time availability of production material across facilities.
• Monitor the purchase, receipt, and acceptance of vendor, customer, and government furnished material(s).
• Utilize ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office to provide weekly material availability reports and action plans.
• Operate commercial motor vehicles to move trailers and materials to/from dock or staging areas in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Notify supervision of any maintenance or delivery issues encountered.
