Qualifications

• Prior experience dispatching or coordinating commercial vehicles preferred.

• Able to work in a high-production, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable using technology for tracking, communication, and recordkeeping.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within SC.
• Motor vehicle record meets company driver standards.
• Strong attendance and safety record, background check and drug screening required.

Job Summary: C.R. Jackson is hiring a Logistics Field Support Representative to support material hauling operations across our Midlands division. In this role, you’ll oversee field activities for both subcontracted and internal dump truck haulers, helping ensure materials move safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values safety, accountability, and doing the job right.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate field-related issues with job site supervisors and dispatch
• Maintain regular communication with drivers to promote safe transport
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCSA regulations
• Use technology and tracking tools to support logistics and recordkeeping
• Maintain a safety-first mindset while delivering high-quality support
• Communicate respectfully and work together to keep operations running safely and efficiently
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:
