Knox Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth of our life insurance products. You will build client relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions while working independently across the Fort Smith area.

This role offers a commission-based compensation with bonuses, requires travel within the territory, and provides training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client rapport.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify qualified clients for life insurance products.
• Client consultation: assess needs and present options.
• Sales presentations to individuals and groups.
