Field Leasing Agent

E & G Real Estate Services is seeking a licensed Field Leasing Agent to deliver an outstanding in-person showing experience and serve as our eyes and ears at client-managed properties.

About the Role

This full-time, field-based position supports single-family rental homes throughout the Phoenix Metro area. You'll serve as the "eyes and ears" at client-managed properties conducting thorough property inspections, managing lockbox placement and tracking, and keeping homes market-ready. This role works closely with Leasing Specialists, property management staff, and Company technology to ensure prospective residents have a positive showing experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with people face-to-face, and keeping property details sharp and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Company's leasing showing process at both occupied and vacant properties, including coordination with current residents on showing availability and access, processing prospective leads, conducting in-person showings, answering leasing or property-related questions during showings, and encouraging and assisting with prospective tenant applications.
• Thoroughly execute to completion any property-related inspections, including move-in inspections, move-out inspections, property condition visits, and Company or owner requested inspections.
• Accurately and efficiently communicate rental and property information to third parties, including prospective applicants, real estate agents & brokers, owners, and vendors or team members.
• Work closely with Leasing Specialists, property management staff, and Company technology to ensure prospective residents have a positive showing experience.
• Identify and create work orders, manage lockbox installation and tracking, and communicate between departments to ensure smooth operation of property management related tasks at a client property.
• Record property-related feedback in Company technology to be used for leasing and property management reporting purposes.
• Maintain industry and company-specific knowledge regarding standard lease documentation and resident rules and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to applicable leasing and Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active Arizona Real Estate License.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong time-management capabilities; ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with self-showing technology and CRM or lead-tracking software (Rent Engine preferred).
• Proficiency with Apple computers, Dropbox, Google Suite, and AppFolio software preferred; ability to use a smart phone with video and photo capability.
• Upbeat, professional, customer-service-oriented personality.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with team members, owners, prospective applicants and other third parties.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and an active driver's license.
• Ability to squat and reach; ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and noisy work environment.
• Secure, functioning internet service and a functional, secure transportable computer.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $24.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
