The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 24th - Aug. 13th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our St. Paul, Minnesota on the Securian campus.
The Field Learning & Development Intern will assist the Sales Enablement & Operations Department with the design and development of learning resources to support our sales and service representatives (the "Field"). This role will focus primarily on instructional design and eLearning development, including the creation of static learning documents and interactive training modules in Seismic Learning Management System. The intern will also gain exposure to sales enablement and learning technology through Seismic platform administration, content management, user onboarding, and performance-support initiatives. In this position, you will also support learning management system (LMS) administration tasks, reporting and analytics, and gain exposure to adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE. This position provides valuable hand-on experience in corporate learning and development, preparing you for future roles in instructional design, training, sales enablement, and learning technologies.
