Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work with Foreman to guide crews, plan daily tasks, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on local projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Construction or home services experience and/or trade work or general labor preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge expected.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
