Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled installer to a jobsite leader. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman, learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role includes hands‑on leadership training, a certification program, and a clear path to advancement as a Foreman with opportunities for growth in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction/home services or trade work or general labor required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on-site; set plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Foster a positive team environment and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers before, during and after completion of job; handle changes as needed.
• Complete paperwork, check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
