Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering support, planning workflows, and mentoring crew while maintaining high reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and reasoning abilities are required.
• Experience with crane and rigging operations is essential.
• Previous foreman-level leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by performing job walks and assisting in estimating schedules and durations.
• Plan with engineering to optimize upcoming work.
• Attend handoff meetings to receive direction and communicate expectations for field performance.

• Delegate tasks with clear man-hour expectations and safety criteria.
• Ensure crew members are qualified for the work.

• Train crew members to enhance their qualifications on their resumes.
