Job summary

S&ME is a leading firm providing geotechnical, civil, environmental, and construction material testing services. We seek a Construction Materials Field Supervisor to lead testing teams, coordinate field operations, and maintain client relationships across multiple sites in Georgia.

You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting growth initiatives and project delivery within our Construction Services group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in construction materials testing/inspecting.
• Active CM industry certifications (ACI/ICC) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and coordinate schedules with clients and contractors.
• Oversee multiple project sites and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Train staff on field testing, inspections, and certifications.
• Maintain equipment, assist with calibration, and support QA processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and throughput.
