ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Superintendent (New Grad 2027) in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role focuses on preconstruction planning, scheduling, and field leadership while supporting growth and safety on industrial and tilt-up builds.

You will work with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the entire project lifecycle, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, learning, and high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited degree in civil, mechanical, or related construction program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preconstruction planning and review project details.
• Develop construction schedules with the Project Manager.
• Oversee daily field activities to ensure safety and on-time work.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities across trades.
