ARCO Design/Build in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Assistant Superintendent (New Grad 2027) to join our field team. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working with experienced professionals who invest in your growth.

This entry-level role emphasizes preconstruction planning, scheduling, field leadership, and subcontractor coordination, with a strong focus on safety and quality in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial builds.

Formación

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Interest in the construction process, specifically design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsabilidades

• Preconstruction Planning – Attend post-award meetings to review project details and assist with construction planning before work begins.
• Project Scheduling – Work with the Project Manager to develop construction schedules, sequencing, staffing plans, and equipment needs.
• Field Leadership – Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
• Subcontractor Coordination – Manage subcontractor activities, communicate schedule updates, and ensure work is properly coordinated across trades.
