Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license in at least one listed state.
• Experience with low-voltage and instrumentation installations on industrial sites.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and loop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA electrical standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee low-voltage subcontractor installation of control, instrumentation, and communication circuits to meet design specs.
• Perform field inspections for code compliance, workmanship, labeling, and standards.
• Mentor instrumentation technicians in circuit theory, wiring verification, and testing.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for control and instrumentation circuits.
• Coordinate safety with HBT and client teams; enforce LOTO, arc-flash, PPE, and energized-work rules.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-task plans, and job hazard analyses.
• Verify site readiness before testing/commissioning; ensure proper terminations and grounding.
• Maintain records and provide status updates to project managers.
