Job summary

Prime Partners seeks an Electrical Installation Manager to oversee day-to-day low-voltage and instrumentation installation activities on industrial construction projects. You will ensure safety, code compliance, and alignment with project plans as the primary field lead for subcontractors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Master Electrician license in the project state with industrial experience.
• Ability to read electrical plans, one-lines, and loop drawings for control systems.
• Experience leading electricians and subcontractors on active job sites.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA standards and electrical safety practices.
• Proven track record coordinating field activities with safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee low-voltage subcontractor installation of control and instrumentation circuits.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure code compliance and workmanship quality.
• Mentor instrumentation technicians in wiring verification and testing.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault isolation with systematic fault finding.
• Enforce safety practices including LOTO, arc-flash, and PPE use.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-task plans, and job hazard analyses.
• Verify readiness for testing/commissioning including terminations and labeling.
• Maintain installation records and provide status updates to management.
