Job summary

Manatal is seeking an Electrical Installation Manager to lead day-to-day low-voltage and instrumentation installation activities on industrial construction projects. You will supervise field crews, mentor technicians, and ensure safety programs align with NEC/NFPA standards and client requirements.

The role emphasizes coordination with safety teams, site readiness before testing, and accurate documentation of progress and issues across multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of NEC/NFPA standards and industrial electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines, schematics and loop drawings.
• Experience supervising electricians, technicians, or subcontractors on active sites.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating field crews and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee low-voltage subcontractor installation of control, instrumentation, and communication circuits to meet design specs and project standards.
• Conduct field inspections/audits for code compliance and workmanship quality.
• MentorInstrumentation technicians in circuit theory, wiring verification, loop checks, and testing.
• Lead troubleshooting for low-voltage control and instrumentation circuits and document corrective actions.
• Coordinate with safety teams to enforce LOTO, arc-flash boundaries, PPE, and energized work restrictions.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-task plans, and job hazard analyses.
