Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking an Electrical Installation Manager to oversee day-to-day low-voltage and instrumentation installation activities on industrial construction projects. You will ensure safety, code compliance, and alignment with project plans while serving as the field lead for subcontractors and technicians.

This role requires strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA standards, field inspections, mentoring, and coordinating with safety teams to drive high-quality installations and timely progress.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician license in the project state.
• Experience with NEC/NFPA and industrial standards for low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read electrical plans, schematics, loop drawings.
• Experience supervising electricians or subcontractors on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee low-voltage subcontractor installation meeting specs and standards.
• Conduct field inspections for code compliance and quality.
• Mentor instrumentation technicians in wiring, loop checks, and testing.
• Lead troubleshooting with fault isolation and documentation.
• Coordinate safety with teams and enforce LOTO, arc-flash.
