Qualifications

• 5 years of surveying experience including topographic surveys and boundary surveys.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
• Familiar with land survey principles, codes, and record-keeping requirements.
• Ability to travel occasionally as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, compiling, researching data from property records and surveys.
• Use survey instruments to perform boundary, topographic, and other surveys.
• Provide accurate survey data and ensure conformance with rules and construction specs.
• Generate documentation of site inspections and survey findings using photos, sketches, calculations, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, technicians, and project admins.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and site procedures.
• Remain current in survey knowledge and practices.
• Perform duties beyond responsibilities as needed.
