Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Labor Relations Representative to support a semiconductor fab project in Clay, NY. You will interpret labor agreements, administer work rules, and partner with construction leadership, unions, and HR to maintain safety, productivity, and workforce continuity.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and substantial experience in labor relations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling proactive mitigation of labor

Qualifications

Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of Project Labor Agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and grievance procedures.
Ability to build credibility with field leadership and union representatives.

Responsibilities

Provides field Labor Relations support to field personnel and craft professionals.
Interprets and administers PLA and bargaining agreements to maintain compliant work rules.
Supports staffing referrals, onboarding, mobilization, and workforce readiness in coordination with unions.
