Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience or the equivalent in training and related experience.
• Experience with laptop computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials.
• Communicates with project manager, client representative, and others regarding requirements and results.
• Transport samples to the laboratory and prepare data and reports for daily submission to the Project Manager.
• Maintains and cleans equipment, vehicles and work areas; assists with scheduling and dispatching technicians.
• Adheres to safety standards and quality requirements on all projects.
