Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Field Technician to perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel. You will communicate results to the Project Manager, prepare data reports, and maintain equipment while following strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ACI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Nuclear Density Gauge certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials.
• Communicate findings to Project Manager and client representatives.
• Transport samples to the laboratory and prepare data reports for daily submission.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

ACI certification within 90 days of hire

Nuclear Density Gauge certification within 6 months of hire
