BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Field Training Specialist focused on Waters Lab Automation systems. This role involves extensive travel (up to 75%) across the Midwest region to train customers, support sales, and improve platform adoption.

The ideal candidate has a science background and strong training experience, with a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will develop training programs, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product improvement

Qualificações

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or Microbiology, required. Advanced degree desirable.
• 5+ years proven experience in a clinical hospital or reference laboratory setting.
• Training in Train-the-Trainer methods desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts comprehensive user training on Waters Lab Automation systems and achieves customer proficiency.
• Collaborates with BD Technical and Training Center to develop SOPs and training materials.
• Supports sales teams with technical input and product demonstrations at events and customer sites.
• Drives implementation and full utilization of Kiestra Lab Automation systems.
• Provides product and platform knowledge to R&D for product improvements.
