• Conducts comprehensive user training on Waters Lab Automation systems and achieves customer proficiency.
• Uncovers customer needs and implements customized automation solutions.
• Collaborates with Technical Service and Field Service to optimize customer experience.
• Supports sales with technical demonstrations and product features at trade shows and customer sites.
• Drives implementation and documentation for Kiestra Lab Automation platforms.
