Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support a growing national client base. This field role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, cabling, and telecom work across diverse sites such as retail, medical, and corporate environments.

You will be on-call, travel within a defined territory, and demonstrate professionalism while delivering reliable IT and telecom services. A+ or Network+ certifications and 1+ year of field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own reliable vehicle required

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables
• Telecom work including punch-downs and demarc extensions
• Work independently across various environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate)
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory
