Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base across varied sites. The role goes beyond a desk job, with OS installations, cabling, and telecom tasks in retail, medical, and corporate environments.

You will work independently, be on-call, and maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering reliable I.T./telecom services. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year IT/Telecom experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within your territory.
