AMG Tech Support is hiring hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support a national client base. This role involves field deployments, OS installs, diagnostics, and cabling across diverse sites. You will work independently, maintain professionalism with clients, and be on-call within your territory.

The position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and profit sharing. A valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and basic tools are required to support on-site tasks nationwide.

Formación

• Hands-on I.T./Telecom experience preferred.
• 1+ year in I.T./Telecom or related field required.
• Must have own vehicle and be on-call 24/7 is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Conduct structured cabling tasks including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Handle telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across various environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
