Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks hands-on IT/Telecom technicians for field support nationwide. You will install operating systems, diagnose hardware, configure software, and perform structured cabling across buildings while working in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.

The role emphasizes on-site field tasks, independent work, and professional client interaction. On-call availability and travel within the territory are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Own standard IT tools and basic networking gear.
• Laptop with Ethernet port and smartphone with hotspot.
• On-call availability 24/7 is advantageous.
• Punctual, courteous and presentable.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
