Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on technicians to support our national client base with field work spanning OS installs, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and cabling across multiple sites. This role requires adaptability, independent work, and travel to diverse environments such as retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate facilities.

You will carry tools, troubleshoot IT/telecom issues, and stay on-call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/ Telecom experience required or equivalent.
• One of the following certifications: A+ or Network+, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle required; public transport not accepted.
• Valid driver’s license and a basic toolset for IT/network tasks.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call for service requests in your territory.
