Qualifications

• 1 year IT or Telecom field experience or equivalent.
• Ability to perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics and software setup.
• Familiarity with structured cabling tasks and telecom work.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
