Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled hands-on IT/telecom technicians to support our growing national client base. This field role goes beyond typical helpdesk tasks, including OS installs, cabling, and telecom work across diverse environments.

You’ll work out in the field, on-site, and be responsible for timely service delivery. If you thrive in varied, hands-on settings and enjoy direct client interaction, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• PC and printer troubleshooting is a strong plus.
• One of the listed certifications or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Install OS, perform hardware diagnostics, and set up software.
• Run structured cabling, drill, dress cables, and terminate as needed.
• Perform telecom work including punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
